Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, at the age of 17. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness awards. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and returned with a 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel likes working out her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. as well as seated rows. Warming up is usually done first, followed by the actual training. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week one day being light weight day and another heavy weight day.
